Antique Pouring Vessel c.19th Century Option:A Chip to backWe have sourced a small collection of incredibly rare cast copper ewers sourced in rural Asia, dating to the early 19th century. Originally used for pouring wine or spirits, each vessel has a narrow spout, lidded top and single side handle. Unlike later decorative versions made from thin sheet metal, these are cast in solid copper alloy, giving them a dense weight and slow developed surface patina. The exterior shows a deep, naturally oxidised finish
