1960s Ruffled Bottom Organza Dress designer-hanae-mori 75" and the buckle isAn absolute stunner, this early sixties silk organza dress is a "wow" piece! It has a scooped front and back neckline and the straps are set to sit a touch wide on the shoulder. The bust is formed and the waist seams curves prettily. The skirt flows out and widens as it nears the hem.
