Brown rice kernels ("genmai") are added while the green Bancha leaves ("cha") are being dried, so the kernels get crispy and some burst open. Genmaicha has a unique appearance and a pleasant roasted flavour. Ingredients: Bancha green tea, rice kernels. Tin measures 70mm X 70mm X 95mm and contains 4oz 115gm of the finest loose leaf tea.
